It's snowing!

PLASTICITY

Materials:
white tempera paint
shallow dishes for paint
navy blue cardboard with a size of approx 22 x 30 cm
empty plastic (not polystyrene) spools for threads of different sizes, with labels removed
cut snowflakes or napkins with suitable patterns
white glue felt-tip pens

What should be done:

1. Nalej białej farby do płytkich naczyń. Give each of the children a piece of navy blue cardboard.

2. Encourage children, so that they dunk the spools in the paint and imprint "snowflakes” on cardboard.

3. Jeśli malcy będą mieli ochotę, they can draw faces on cut snowflakes or napkins and stick them on cardboard. You can also encourage your kids to draw, painting or sticking a snowman at the bottom of the picture.

What else can be done:

Language: Ask the children, to come up with a fairy tale about it, where are their snowflakes going. Rhythm: Play soft music and encourage the kids to pretend to be snowflakes swirling in the air.

Outdoor activities: Take the kids outside, when it is snowing, and catch snowflakes together on the black sheet, then look at them through the magnifying glass.
