Color me a rainbow
GROUP ACTIVITIES
Materials:
white cardboard
Red, blue, green, yellow and orange felt-tip pens
scissors
What should be done:
1. Draw a rainbow on a piece of white cardboard.
2. Cut out a rainbow and trace it onto another piece of cardboard. Color the second drawing in the same way as the first.
3. Cut the rainbow by color, giving bows in blue, red, green etc..
4. At the beginning of the class, give each of the children one colored bow.
5. Place the untrimmed rainbow on the floor in front of the children. Ask the little ones,
that they would one by one come up and arrange their arches in the right places of the rainbow.
6. Encourage children, so that they point to other objects in these colors in the room.

OUTSIDE CLASSES
Materials:
worsted
twine
cotton balls
hair
What should be done:
1. Gather pieces of yarn and twine, cotton balls and hair.
2. Scatter them in front of the building, so that birds can find them and use them to build nests.
3. Watch, how the birds will pick up the scattered materials.
