Christmas chains

MATHS

Materials:
colored paper
scissors
glue

What should be done:

1. Christmas falls on December 25.

2. Potnij kolorowy papier na prostokąty o rozmiarach 2,5 x 15 cm (see picture).

3. Show children, how to assemble a rectangle, to get a circle, and glue its edges.

4. Przełóż kolejny prostokąt przez kółko, fold it in the same way and glue its edges together.

5. Zachęć dzieci do wykonania tą metodą własnych papierowych łańcuchów.

6. if you want, make chains with specific color patterns, e.g: red, green, white; red, green, white etc..

7. Niech dzieci utworzą kilka grup i w ich ramach połączą swoje łańcuchy, then they will measure their length.

8. Teraz niech poszczególne grupy połączą swoje łańcuchy, to check, how long is the common chain.

9. Za pomocą tego łańcucha ozdób klasową choinkę lub inne miejsca w sali.
